Seizing an opportunity to develop a company which caters to chefs and their needs in an ever changing hospitality industry. Nicola Imports has been able to succeed and thrive based on sound  principals of service quality & hard work.

When not at the office Nick enjoys playing and coaching soccer and travel with the family.
